1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using shmetrics (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

shmetrics is an analytics dashboard that connects to your Meta ad accounts via the Meta Marketing API. It displays advertising performance data including spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, creative assets, and demographic breakdowns.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must have authorization to connect any Meta ad accounts you link to the Service
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Meta Platform Terms

The Service accesses data through the Meta Marketing API. Your use of the Service is also subject to Meta’sTerms of Service andPlatform Terms.

5. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time as described in our Data Deletion page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without permission

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from the Meta Marketing API.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and request data deletion at any time.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
