How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data in any of the following ways:

• In the app: Go to Settings and disconnect your Meta account. This removes all associated ad account data.
• Via Facebook: Remove our app from yourFacebook app settings. We will automatically receive a deletion request from Meta.
• By email: Send a request to privacy@shmetrics.io with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

What Gets Deleted

• Your Meta connection and encrypted access tokens
• All cached ad performance data (insights, breakdowns, daily metrics)
• Campaign, ad set, and ad metadata
• Creative images stored in our image cache
• Sync status and history for your ad accounts

Timeline

Data deletion is completed within 30 days of receiving your request. You will not be able to access the deleted data after this point.

Check a request

Requested deletion through Facebook? The confirmation link Meta gave you opens a status page onapp.shmetrics.io that shows what happened to your request.
